Data we process

• When you create an account: your name, email address and a hashed password.
• When you use the service: your favorites and playback progress associated with your account, plus settings and local viewing data stored in your browser.
• When you contact us: your name, email address, subject and message.
• Technical data necessary for security and service delivery, such as request times, browser type and network addresses in limited hosting logs.

Advertising

With your permission, Pardeh displays Adsterra display banners. Adsterra may receive your IP address, browser information and advertising interactions and may use cookies to deliver and measure ads. Social Bar advertising is currently disabled. HilltopAds video ads and Google advertising remain disabled.

Cookie settings

Necessary storage supports accounts, security, playback and your saved preferences. Optional Adsterra advertising loads only after marketing permission. You can allow or decline it below; your choice is saved for 180 days. Withdrawing permission removes the banner frames. Global Privacy Control is respected. Google Analytics remains disabled. Downloads require an account and do not require watching an advertisement.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is currently disabled on Pardeh. The site does not load the Google Analytics tag or send Analytics page-view or video-start events. Previously saved Analytics permission does not activate measurement while it is disabled. If Analytics is enabled again, optional measurement will require explicit visitor permission, with a choice to decline without affecting browsing or playback. Aggregate playback statistics

Pardeh records confirmed movie and series playback starts and recent player activity to show aggregate title statistics in its private administration panel. The player creates a temporary random identifier held in memory, without using an account name, email address, IP address or browser fingerprint in these statistics. Playback signals contain only the public title identifier, the temporary playback identifier, its sequence and whether playback is active. Short-lived session records prevent repeated heartbeats from adding duplicate views; cumulative title totals are retained separately. Active playback sessions are estimates, not a count of unique people. This measurement sends no video through the website server and is separate from Google Analytics.

Live TV and external providers

The Live TV page includes embedded broadcaster players and direct streams listed in a public channel directory. Channel logos may load from external image hosts as you browse. No channel player or stream loads until you press “Watch live” or choose a playable channel in the list. Entries marked Unavailable provide directory information and do not start a stream. Playing connects your browser directly to the channel or its video provider, which may receive your network address and browser information and present its own cookie choices. Pardeh does not relay live video through its web server. Closing the player stops the connection to that stream or embed. Purpose and retention

Data is used to operate accounts and playback, restore viewing progress, respond to messages, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Account data is retained until deletion is requested or for the operational needs of the service; contact messages are retained only as long as needed to respond and follow up.

Copyright reports and review requests

The Content Rights form collects your name, email, reported page links, explanation and declarations. US notices and counter-notifications also ask for a postal address, telephone number and electronic signature. We use this information to investigate claims, explain decisions, handle review requests and establish or defend legal claims, relying on applicable legal obligations and legitimate interests in resolving rights disputes.

Reports are stored in our private administrative inbox and are not published in the catalogue. Necessary information may be shared with an affected party, a claimant, professional advisers or competent authorities to resolve a dispute or comply with law. Do not include unrelated sensitive information. We retain reports while the claim, review or related legal obligation remains relevant, then review whether retention is still necessary.

You can use the contact form for requests about your report data and quote its reference. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, restriction or erasure, object to processing, and complain to your data protection authority. These rights may be limited where information is needed for legal obligations or claims.

Your choices and requests

You can clear local data in your browser settings. To request access to, correction of or deletion of account information, email [email protected] or use the contact form. Requests are reviewed after identity verification.

Children and changes

Pardeh is not designed for children under 13. Significant changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
